Site Manager Required - Industrial Roofing Project Location: Halesowen Duration: 5 Months Start Date: Monday 24th August Rate: £230 per day We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee a major industrial roofing project in Halesowen This is a £900K project involving the installation of a new roof over existing industrial units across three warehouse blocks. The successful candidate will work closely with the roofing contractor and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all site activities and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. Coordinate and manage a workforce of approximately 4-10 operatives.
