  • Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
  • Coordinating maintenance works and managing contractor relationships
  • Obtaining quotations, instructing works, and monitoring progress
  • Assisting with service charge budgets and expenditure monitoring
  • Attending client meetings, AGMs, and resident meetings when required
  • Handling enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate property records and management information
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within Property Management, Lettings Property Management, or a similar residential property role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within Block & Estate Management

Previous Block Management experience is welcomed but not essential, as comprehensive training and professional development will be provided.

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Homebased role with one day per week in Norwich
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Private healthcare
  • Dental cover
  • Pension scheme
  • Death in service benefit
  • Company laptop, tablet, and mobile phone
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Birthday off each year
  • Four wellbeing days annually
  • Excellent training, support, and career progression opportunities
