As a Governance Officer at Hyde, you will provide an efficient governance and company secretarial support service to boards and decision-making committees across the Hyde Group. You will support effective meeting administration, regulatory compliance and the execution of key legal documents, helping ensure governance processes are accurate, timely and well managed.
