Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gas & Boiler Works:
- Service, fault-find, and repair domestic gas boilers, fires, and cookers.
- Carry out full central heating installations and boiler replacements.
- Conduct official CP12 Landlord Gas Safety checks and issue legal compliance certificates. 1, 2, 3, 4
- General Plumbing:
- Fix cold and hot water supply issues, pipe leaks, valves, pumps, and cylinders.
- Install and repair sanitary ware, radiators, and bathroom fixtures. 1, 2, 3
- Work respectfully inside occupied residential homes, keeping workspaces clean and tidy.
- 8:00am - 17:00pm
- Overtime and on call work available
- 5-days a week
