Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repair: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial and Residential boiler plant rooms, heating systems, and hot/cold water systems. Installation: Install, commission, and service commercial gas appliances, burner units, and heating systems. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to health & safety regulations and legislative requirements. Diagnostics: Diagnose faults and resolve issues with HVAC equipment, Building Management Systems (BMS), and pumps. Documentation: Complete digital or manual job reports, asset tracking, and condition reports. Client Interaction: Provide professional service to commercial clients, often working to specific SLAs. Required Qualifications & Experience Certifications: Gas Safe registered with active Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g., COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1). Education: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent). Experience: Proven experience in a field-based commercial engineering role. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of combustion, heating systems, and controls. Licence: Full UK Driving Licence. Key Requirements & Benefits Full UK driving licence. Commercial gas certifications (e.g., COCN1, ICPN1). Minimum of City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating Level 2. Field based service engineer experience. Strong technical and fault-finding capabilities.

Construction Document Controller We re looking for a document controller to join our team to work closely with our design engineers and commissioning managers to help in the successful and high-quality delivery of our projects across all sectors and regions. The role will incorporate taking responsibility for the information management on these projects, working within our own internal system and across a number of platforms (i.e. Viewpoint, ASite, Aconex, Sharepoint etc.) to align with our various clients. The breadth of services provided by WP3 will require our ideal candidate to have an understanding of, or be able to demonstrate competency with: Quality management and quality assurance processes Working within a variety of document management systems Working within the construction industry for consultants, main contractors or sub-contractors Building Information Management processes High level of competency with the full MS Office suite of software Reporting and professional presentation of information Task management, prioritisation and time management Written, online and in-person communication with colleagues and clients We work almost exclusively within an online environment and as such IT literacy is a must. Demonstrating attention-to-detail in daily tasks is also fundamental to the role. No specific qualifications needed but a construction doc control background would be good. Salary is DOE.
