About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple construction projects across London and the Home Counties.
This role is ideal for a commercially aware construction professional with a proven track record of managing projects within residential, education, healthcare, commercial, leisure and heritage sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Leading site teams, project managers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring programme performance and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Working closely with commercial teams to maintain project profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Reporting project performance to senior leadership.
- Supporting business growth through client retention and repeat business opportunities.
- Extensive experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager role.
- Proven experience delivering projects for a main contractor.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Commercially aware with strong contractual knowledge.
- Experience managing projects across multiple sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant construction qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent).
