Description

  • Manage and oversee leasehold development Section 20 consultations projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property and leasehold regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for leaseholders, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to leasehold developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor financial aspects of leasehold projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice on leasehold matters to stakeholders.
  • Support the team by deputising for the manager when required.

Profile

A successful Leasehold Development Officer should have:
