Description
- Manage and oversee leasehold development Section 20 consultations projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property and leasehold regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for leaseholders, addressing queries and concerns.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to leasehold developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor financial aspects of leasehold projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on leasehold matters to stakeholders.
- Support the team by deputising for the manager when required.
