Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated Facilities Management (FM) team at a high-security operational facility.
In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping essential services running smoothly. You will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault-finding across a diverse range of electrical systems and equipment on site.

Planned Maintenance: Execute routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical equipment, distribution boards, machinery, and lighting systems to prevent operational downtime.
Fault-Finding & Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres strictly to health and safety guidelines and current regulations, including IEE 18th Edition wiring standards.
Site Support: Respond promptly to emergency faults or breakdowns across the facility.
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations: Current and fully certified.
Vocational Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ qualified electrician.
Driving Licence: Full, valid driving licence.
Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a fully qualified electrician.
Salary: 41,000 - 42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule (37.5 hours/week).
Holiday Package: 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (33 days total).
Stability: Permanent contract within an established operational setting.
