Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors Oversee project documentation and site records, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements Manage permits, site paperwork, inspection records, and quality documentation Monitor supply chain performance and coordinate subcontractor activities Support programme delivery, identifying and escalating risks and delays where required Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved methodologies Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager Liaise with client representatives, stakeholders, subcontractors, and the wider project team Support commercial and procurement activities as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Site Agent, Site Manager, Sub-Agent, or similar construction delivery role. Rail experience is welcome but is not essential for the right candidate. SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid qualifications with CSCS gold card Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work activities Ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation Good communication and stakeholder management skills Full UK driving licence APPLY NOW!
