EPC Assessor

I am currently recruiting for a EPC Assessor for a housing association in Birmingham.

This is a contract position available for three months. 37 hours per week.

• Undertaking Domestic Energy Assessments / EPCs.
• Assessing the condition of building components and identifying required repairs/replacement.
• Recording survey information accurately for the association's asset/property database.
• Supporting planned maintenance and investment programmes.
• Identifying energy-efficiency improvements.
• Working with internal teams and contractors.
• Travelling to properties across the association's geographical area.
