Duties will include; To lead the successful delivery of the Wave 3 retrofit programme (c.400 homes over a 3-year period), ensuring: Full compliance with DESNZ funding conditions and PAS 2035/2030. Effective financial management and accurate reporting. Delivery of programme outputs within agreed timescales. High levels of resident satisfaction and value for money. Strong governance, risk management and audit assurance. The postholder will act as an intelligent client, managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality retrofit outcomes.

Maintenance Supervisor required for a leading housing provider working in Bristol. The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to have the following duties. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, including grounds and facilities, across multiple large retirement housing locations. To ensure a safe, comfortable and well-maintained living environment for residents while leading and managing a team of maintenance staff. Provide leadership to the location maintenance team and have extensive knowledge of building systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of designated locations. Supervise, train, and manage a team of maintenance staff across multiple complex locations, assigning tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of work orders. Utilising a trade background, carry out minor repairs where possible and drive a high-performance culture within your team where our aspiration is to carry out more repairs ourselves and offer an excellent repairs service to our residents and location teams. This position is ideally suited for someone with a trade background who is looking to step into a supervisor role.

A newly created position for a Regional Building Surveyor covering sites across Coventry and Nottingham circa £55,000pa, plus £3,500 car allowance. Ideally you will be a chartered professional with a degree in a building related discipline. • Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. • Train/support and shape your team to develop a high-performance culture across your area of operation. Ensure that incrementally we deliver more repairs ourselves. • Ensuring building compliance across main compliance areas, including PPMs and inspections as required. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify contractor compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices. • Manage contract budgets, review and approve invoices, and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources across all locations.
