Maintenance Supervisor required for a leading housing provider working in Bristol. The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to have the following duties. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, including grounds and facilities, across multiple large retirement housing locations. To ensure a safe, comfortable and well-maintained living environment for residents while leading and managing a team of maintenance staff. Provide leadership to the location maintenance team and have extensive knowledge of building systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of designated locations. Supervise, train, and manage a team of maintenance staff across multiple complex locations, assigning tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of work orders. Utilising a trade background, carry out minor repairs where possible and drive a high-performance culture within your team where our aspiration is to carry out more repairs ourselves and offer an excellent repairs service to our residents and location teams.
