Site Manager - Cat B Office Fit Out

Location: Manchester City Centre

Rate: £240 per day

Start Date: Monday 7th September 2026

End Date: Friday 2nd October 2026

Duration: 4 weeks

Shift Pattern: 2 weeks days or 2 weeks nights

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Cat B office fit-out project in Manchester City Centre.

This is a 4-week contract opportunity, with the option to work either 2 weeks of day shifts or 2 weeks of night shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Cat B office fit-out projects
• SMSTS - essential
• Asbestos Awareness - essential
• First Aid - essential
• Strong site management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure health & safety, quality and programme requirements are met
