A leading specialist contractor in the off-site construction sector is seeking ambitious Graduate or Assistant Project Managers to join its growing team.

The business delivers large-scale construction projects throughout the South of England and internationally. Following a sustained period of growth and the commencement of several exciting new projects, the company is looking to strengthen its project delivery team with enthusiastic individuals keen to develop a long-term career in project management.

The Role

Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will be involved in the successful delivery of projects ranging from £10 million to £100 million in value.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project planning and coordination during the pre-construction phase.
  • Liaising with internal teams, manufacturing facilities, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Supporting project delivery from manufacturing through to installation.
  • Conducting regular site visits during the construction and installation phases.
  • Working alongside Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Monitoring progress and helping to resolve project challenges as they arise.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a construction-related discipline such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
  • A strong interest in project management and construction delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
