Kenna Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Information Manager to join a well-established construction business, working on a major project in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Information Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in managing project information and supporting the wider team, with a particular focus on reporting and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will have strong experience using Asite, which is essential for this position, and will be confident working with a range of stakeholders across the project.
The role will involve:
- Managing and maintaining project information through Asite
- Producing and managing regular reports for the project team
- Attending and contributing to stakeholder meetings
- Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is managed effectively
- Monitoring information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting and improving information management processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for information management across the project
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as an Information Manager
- Strong Asite experience is essential
- Confident producing reports and presenting information clearly
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable attending meetings and working with a range of project stakeholders
- A proactive and organised approach to Information Management
