Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients dedicated Facilities Management team supporting a key in Hampshire. Operating in a static capacity, you will play a crucial role in delivering maintenance, fabric repairs, and operational improvements across the site.



Package

  • 38,000 - 42,500 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 33 days annual leave
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 16:00
  • Full-time and permanent

Duties

  • Deliver multi-skilled PPM work and routine checks across site assets and facilities within your area of responsibility.
  • Carry out reactive repairs, general site maintenance, asset replacement, and minor improvement works.
  • Complete cross-trade tasks outside core disciplines, including minor plumbing, joinery, building works, and drainage leaks.
  • Assist with grounds work and general fabric maintenance to keep site operations running safely and efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Recognised trade qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent apprenticeship)
  • Proven experience in multi-skilled building fabric and FM maintenance
  • Basic working knowledge of minor plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate (desirable)
  • Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
