Maintenance plumber with own transport for East London asap

An experienced maintenance plumber with own transport (car or van) is required asap for works around Tower Hamlets and East London.

Duties include installation, maintenance and repairs of water and drainage across social housing properties:

• fitting new bathrooms and components
• setting-up radiators and hot water systems
• fixing pumps and valves
• installation of taps, white goods and sinks
• clearing blockages
• finding and repair burst pipes

Applicants must have proven relevant experience, excellent communication skills, full tools and PPE. In addition, a valid skills card and own transport (car or van).

Parking permits to be provided by the client.

Please note that the works are initially scheduled for 2-3 months with the potential to lead on.
