Experienced multi-trades (with plumbing bias) are required asap for long-term housing retrofits in Hackney. Duties include: Shower service Shower head and replacement Unblock shower waste Leak investigations Pump servicing Replacement of full Mira shower units Adaptions and grab bar installation All other related multi-skilled duties/repairs Applicants require at least 4 years plumbing work history, experience of aids, adaptions and repairs contracts. Daily works are scheduled and conducted in occupied properties - therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as technical proficiency with handheld devices. Relevant, proven experience, a City&Guilds/blue skills card and own tools are essential whilst own van and a full, clean UK driving licence are preferred. In addition an existing DBS check is beneficial - but will otherwise need to be completed before starting the job; Please note the role starts asap, is long-term and will lead into other opportunities with a renowned construction company, across London as a whole. After an initial probation period there is the possibility for the company to provide a company van.

An experienced fire-stopper and labourer are required asap for residential works in Bow, East London. Duties include passive fire protection, the installation of barriers, batt and mastic within residential units, recording date on tablets and working as a pair with a labourer. Applicants are required to have proven relevant experience, excellent communications skills, an up-to-date NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection and accompanying skills card and own tools. Works are initially scheduled for 3-4 months with the potential to develop into a permanent position, direct with one of the UK's most renowned construction companies.

An experienced 2nd fix carpenter is required as soon as possible for Poplar. Duties include staircase works - balusters, rails - fire doors - doors and ironmongery - working in with the company's own carpentry team. Applicants must have proven, recent experience, full tools, valid skills card and full PPE. Please note that for the right applicant works have the potential to be long-term.

CSCS labourers are required asap for Central London. Duties include: moving concrete blocks bags of sand and cement using site lift, digging, clearing rubble and filling skips Applicants are required to have relevant experience, a valid CSCS card and full PPE. 9 hours paid/day with the potential for long-term works.
