An experienced SMSTS site manager is required asap for up to 3 weeks holiday cover in New Malden KT3. Duties include overseeing work progress and day-to-day activities on a residential fit-out, and the subsequent actioning and delegation of activities as required. The role involves liaison between the project team, site supervisors and subcontractors, and as such requires proven relevant experience, first-class communications skills and record keeping, and the ability to work with commitment from a standing start. Other essential requirements are a valid SMSTS qualification/First Aid/Asbestos Awareness/Manual Handling/Working at Heights. There is also the scope for further works with a leading London main contractor.

An experienced fire-stopper and labourer are required asap for residential works in Bow, East London. Duties include passive fire protection, the installation of barriers, batt and mastic within residential units, recording date on tablets and working as a pair with a labourer. Applicants are required to have proven relevant experience, excellent communications skills, an up-to-date NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection and accompanying skills card and own tools. Works are initially scheduled for 3-4 months with the potential to develop into a permanent position, direct with one of the UK's most renowned construction companies.

Shuttering carpenters are required asap for long-term, ongoing works in Kensington High Street. Applicants must be experienced with full PPE, tools and valid skills card. Works are in a commercial premises, on-going and with the potential for overtime.

CSCS labourers are required asap for Central London. Duties include: moving concrete blocks bags of sand and cement using site lift, digging, clearing rubble and filling skips Applicants are required to have relevant experience, a valid CSCS card and full PPE. 9 hours paid/day with the potential for long-term works.

10 x steel fixers are required to start asap in Willesden and Woolwich. Duties include plying caps, walls and slabs on RC frames. Applicants must have a relevant skills, full PPE and tools - nips, pliers, cutters etc.
