Shuttering carpenters are required asap for long-term, ongoing works in Kensington High Street. Applicants must be experienced with full PPE, tools and valid skills card. Works are in a commercial premises, on-going and with the potential for overtime.

CSCS labourers are required for Wimbledon to start 21/7. Duties include lifting, shifting and skipping old furniture and site clear-up. Please note the job is 4-5 days and may lead on to other works. Applicants must be local with valid CSCS card and PPE.

Experienced skilled labourers are required asap for central Gillingham. Duties including assisting tradesmen, use of small power tools, basic repairs and making good. Applicants must have relevant experience and a proven work history, with full PPE and up-to-date skills card. Works are initially scheduled for 10-12 weeks with the potential to lead on with one of London's leading groundwork subcontractors.

An experienced 360 excavator driver (1.7 ton) is required as soon as possible for High Street, Kensington. Duties include digging footings and excavations on a busy site, with the potential for long-term works. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience with a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket and Asbestos Awareness.

An experienced fire-stopper is required as soon as possible for long-term works in Brentwood, Essex. Duties include passive fire protection, installation of fire-proof barriers and fire boards, batt and mastic within residential blocks (and public access areas) as part of a small team. Works commence immediately with the potential for on-going work as part of fixed term and legacy contracts. Applicants are required to have at least 3 years proven relevant fire stopping experience, with a relevant NVQ level 2 in Passive F/ire Protection (and blue CSCS skills card) and own tools. After an initial period the roles have the potential to develop into full-time positions with one of the UK's most renowned construction companies.

An experienced 360 excavator and telehandler is required as soon as possible for Kensington High Street. Duties include digging footings, moving materials, working around services on-site and at street level, with traffic management in a busy part of Central London. Applicants are required to have valid CPCS or NPORS tickets, full PPE and a minimum 3 years experience, plus Asbestos Awareness. A pre-start induction must be completed whilst works are ongoing for the right candidate, with a well-respected, busy subcontractor.

Experienced CSCS labourers are required for various on-going projects in Westminster and Central London. Due to the nature and location of work, security-clearance is required and as such applicants are required to provide UK work history details for the last 3 years. Duties include moving materials, deliveries and collections, soft-strip, assisting tradesmen etc with the potential for long-term, on-going work and overtime. Applicants must have a valid, relevant CSCS card, PPE and be able to provide work or college references to cover the last 3 years in the UK.
