Fire-stoppers are required as soon as possible for Stockwell. Duties include passive fire protection, installation of barriers and fire-boards, batt and mastic within residential units, whilst working as part of a small team. Applicants are required to have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, NVQ level 2 in Passive Fire Protection, up-to-date skills cards and own tools. Works are long-term, developing into a permanent position with one of the UK's most renowned construction companies after a initial period. Duties include: arranging, organising, supervision of deliveries storage and distribution of materials safe movement of plant organising waste collections traffic management, ensuring site access and site safety pedestrian control management of site health and safety, PPE and tool box talks supervision of subcontract work-force Applicants are required to have relevant experience of working within a busy, fast-moving construction environment, with an up-to-date SSSTS, First Aid and Ipaf (3a/b). The project is the construction of a major data centre, scheduled for 12 months with the potential for works to lead on with a renowned London-based cut and carve, structural alternations subcontractor.

An experienced Document-Controller is required for up to 12 months on a major data centre construction project in Brent Cross. Duties include providing a document-management service for a renowned 'cut and carve' subcontractor: Diligent quality-checking, accurate record-keeping to ensure legal and contractual compliance Maintaining all drawings, recording amendments and adaptations and the release, recording and reporting of all information accordingly Building strong relationships with the client and main contractor. As such applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience working wirth management libraries such as Mota, A-Connect and Datascope. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential - both oral and written - plus a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively as a part of a small team, within a fast-moving construction environment. Works are scheduled for up to 12 months with the potential for other follow-on works.

An experienced SMSTS site manager is required for 1-2 weeks holiday cover in Maidstone at the end of May. Duties include overseeing work progress and day-to-day activities on multiple sites, taking action and offering delegation as required. As such the role will involve liaison between the Project team, site supervision and subcontractors. Applicants are required to have solid construction experience (social housing experience is beneficial), excellent communications skills and the ability to start the role immediately with enthusiasm and commitment. In addition a full driving licence and own vehicle is required as the role involves travel between several sites. Mileage will of course be payable.
