Role: Project Manager

Location: Cambridge ( CB2 0SL)

Contract: Temporary. Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week

Pay: £450 per day CIS

Duration: 7 months

Start date: 10th August

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team on a hospital site in Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to oversee a range of upgrade and decarbonisation projects within a live healthcare environment, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous Project Management experience within a hospital or healthcare environment
• Technical knowledge of building services and construction projects
• Experience delivering refurbishment, upgrade and/or new build projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within a PFI environment would be advantageous
• Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
