Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Package

Project Manager
Our client is an established main contractor delivering complex refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects throughout London. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business recognised for delivering high-quality projects for repeat clients.
Responsibilities

• Managing projects from start through to completion
• Leading site teams
• Managing programme and project delivery
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Liaising with clients and consultants
• Chairing progress meetings
• Managing project budgets
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Maintaining quality standards
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Producing progress reports
• Delivering projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• Previous Project Manager experience with a UK main contractor
• Experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Full UK driving licence
