Description
- Oversee and manage property adaptations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Ensuring that the organisation remain legally compliant in relation to its statutory obligations to deliver Disabled Facilities Grants.
- Working closely with external agencies to ensure the needs of disabled residents in the area are met.
- Advice and assistance on a variety of topics
Profile
A successful Interim Adaptations Manager should have:
- A background in property management and social housing.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and accessibility standards.
