Location: City of Westminster, London
Day Rate: 290 - 330 PER DAY

Kenna Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Internal Site Manager on behalf of a growing Main Contractor delivering a prestigious 40m mixed-use development in the City of Westminster.

This exciting project comprises residential, commercial, and hotel elements, and our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out and finishing stages to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme.

The Role

As Internal Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all internal works, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or reputable Main Contractor.
• Proven experience managing internal packages on large residential, commercial, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to manage programmes and drive works to completion.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and all relevant site certifications are essential.
