Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will:
- Manage their Civils Subcontractor.
- Forecasting.
- Cash Flow.
- Valuations (upstream and downstream).
- Some involvement in procurement.
- Oversee commercial aspects across 3 Solar & BESS sites.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Strong Quantity Surveying experience, and experience in a Senior QS position.
- Experience working with civils packages of work.
- Experience in a Solar (desirable).
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant (desirable).

The Senior Quantity Surveying role would suit someone who is:
- Happy to be working on site and in the office.
- Is a team player and likes to be emersed in the site teams and the projects.
- Has a strong work ethic.
