Job Title: Multi Trader (Plumbing / Carpentry)

Location: Bracknell & surrounding areas (Wokingham, Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Slough)

Salary: 39,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible) Holiday: 28 days + Bank Holidays

About the Role

We are looking for two Multi Trader to join our clients team. You will carry out a variety of high-quality maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure residential properties are ready for new tenants.

What You'll Do

• Complete high-quality plumbing, carpentry, and general multi-trade repairs in domestic properties.

• Work efficiently to ensure quick property turnarounds in line with best building practices.

What We Need

• Qualifications: NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing or Carpentry.

• Experience: Previous experience in domestic, residential, or social housing maintenance.

• Skills: Highly motivated, great communication skills, and an achievement-based mindset.

• License: Full UK Driving License (essential for the van).
