Salary: 38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties across Central London.
Role includes:

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance as the primary trade
• Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements:

• Experience in social housing or residential maintenance
• Strong plumbing background
• Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app
• A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
