Electrician
Location: Long Stratton (covering approximately a 30-mile radius across Norfolk)
Salary: 40,509.90 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP



About the Role


We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join a well-established organisation managing a large residential housing portfolio across Norfolk.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across approximately (phone number removed) properties. The role involves carrying out a variety of electrical works within domestic properties, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.



Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across residential housing stock
  • Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently
  • Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and certification where required
  • Deliver high-quality customer service within occupied properties
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures


Call-Out Requirements

  • Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every 8)
  • 150 standby payment per call-out week
  • Time and a half paid for any call-outs attended


Requirements

  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
  • Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred)
  • Experience working within domestic/residential environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices
  • Good communication and customer service skills
