Job Description

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator to join our public sector client based in Kilmarnock. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term ongoing role with a stable and supportive organisation.

  • 14.39 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Ongoing Temporary Role
  • Immediate Start Available

As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate recording and management of vehicle movements and weights, while providing excellent administrative support on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights accurately
  • Managing inbound and outbound vehicle traffic in line with site procedures
  • Inputting data and maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Handling basic administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and data entry
  • Communicating with drivers and site staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience (weighbridge experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
