I m working with a long-established main contractor in the Channel Islands looking to bring in an experienced MEP professional to oversee mechanical & electrical packages across a range of construction projects.
This isn t a corporate Tier 1 environment with endless layers of process. You ll have genuine involvement in projects, direct access to decision makers, and the chance to take real ownership from pre-construction through to handover.

The role would suit someone currently working as an:

• MEP Manager
• Building Services Manager
• M&E Manager
• M&E Coordinator

The work includes:

• Managing M&E subcontractors on site
• Coordinating services with the main build programme
• Reviewing drawings and technical submissions
• Driving quality and programme on site
• Supporting commissioning and handover
• Working closely with project and commercial teams

The right candidate will need:

• Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
• Main contractor or MEP contractor background
• Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing subcontractors and site teams
• Experience delivering commercial, residential or mixed-use projects
• Be in a position to full relocate with a view of staying in the channel islands long term
