Civil Site Supervisor

Key skills

• Lead and oversee all civil construction activities on a EfW project with a strong focus on site safety and HSEQ compliance.
• Review and implement RAMS, ensuring all civil works are completed safely and in line with project standards.
• Supervise subcontractors to deliver works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate daily civil operations, maintain accurate site records, and support efficient project execution.
• Liaise with the Civil Contract Manager and site teams to manage planning, design coordination, and construction interfaces.
• Require strong heavy industrial civil experience, leadership skills, SMSTS certification, and excellent communication and organisational abilities.
