We re currently looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to support a busy construction project based in Longcross.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is confident managing site logistics, coordinating deliveries, and supporting site teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role will suit someone from a construction or MEP background who understands the importance of organisation, safety, and communication on a live site.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking receipt of materials and plant deliveries, checking and signing off
• Organising and coordinating the movement of materials across site
• Managing labourers to ensure efficient distribution of materials
• Safely slinging materials for lifting operations (winch use)
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe logistics area
• Supporting site teams with general logistics and coordination

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Logistics Manager / Storeman / Site Logistics role
• Valid Slinger / Banksman certification (essential)
• Strong understanding of site safety and lifting operations
• Experience working on construction sites (MEP knowledge highly desirable)
• Ability to manage labour and communicate effectively with site teams
• Proactive, organised and hands-on approach
