Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Highbury (N5)

Monday Friday

08:00am - 16:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £15.80ph paye

Job Purpose

• Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains)
• Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building
• Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition
