Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the high end commercial and residential, sectors. With project values typically ranging from 5m to 50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 20 million pound housing project in Virginia Water . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities from initial planning through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the project from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
