Painter & Decorator

Job Title: Painter & Decorator (Void Properties)
Location: Various domestic properties (voids)
Pay Rate: 21 per hour
Start Date: To be confirmed

Duties:

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling as required
• Applying paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to a high standard
• Ensuring all work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition
• Following site health and safety regulations at all times
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Reporting any issues or additional work requirements to site management

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
• Own tools and PPE preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety practices on site
