Duties will be to work on the renovation a listed property to which is being refurbed into high end apartments, including carpentry, stone restoration, and heritage joinery, specifically to maintain the building's historic character. This will include the removal and restoration of existing Fire Places, wood work, flooring and stone work etc, along with snagging, defects and making good.
