Plumber

Actaris Site Services are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumber to carry out testing, filling, and commissioning of domestic water systems within high-specification residential apartments in Bayswater. The role focuses on ensuring all hot and cold water systems are installed, functioning, and compliant with required standards prior to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Filling and pressurising hot and cold water systems across multiple apartment units
• Testing pipework for leaks, pressure integrity, and overall system performance
• Checking correct installation and operation of:
  • Hot water systems
  • Cold water supply
  • Taps, showers, sanitaryware, and associated fittings
• Flushing systems to ensure cleanliness and compliance
• Identifying and reporting defects or faults to site management
• Carrying out minor remedial works where required
• Ensuring all works meet current UK plumbing regulations and standards
• Completing job sheets, test records, and commissioning documentation
