Actaris Site Services are seeking a Site Manager to for holiday cover on the delivery of Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) installations across large social housing blocks. We need cover on the 31st July and 1st August. Then cover from 10th August for 1.5 weeks. This role involves managing the installation of GSHP systems across multiple occupied properties, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will supervise trades and subcontractors, maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and ensure clear, consistent communication with residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations for GSHP installations Manage drilling, groundworks, and associated civils activities Supervise trades, subcontractors, and site teams Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting Coordinate works within occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption Liaise with Council representatives, residents, and stakeholders Monitor programme delivery, quality standards, and risk management Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on large or complex projects Strong civils background, particularly in drilling and groundworks Demonstrable Health & Safety leadership (SMSTS required) Experience working within social housing or occupied environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to coordinate multiple work-streams efficiently Please send cvs to be considered for this position.

Skills, Attributes and Previous Experience Demonstrable experience in resident liaison, customer service, community engagement, or similar people-focused roles. Confident at handling sensitive issues, facilitating dialogue, and resolving concerns proactively and respectfully. Comfortable with IT (email, meeting platforms, databases) and able to quickly learn project-specific systems.
