Key Responsibilities:

As a Dispatch Controller, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Planning, prioritizing, and controlling daily dispatch schedules.
• Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and loaded correctly.
• Preparing and checking dispatch paperwork and shipping documentation.
• Coordinating with drivers, couriers, and transport partners.
• Monitoring order progress and resolving any dispatch or delivery issues.
• Updating systems with order and dispatch information.
• Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and management.
• Ensuring health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, we are seeking candidates with:

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse control (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in using warehouse management or order processing systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
