As a Mechanical Project Manager, you ll join a highly reputable and well-established M&E contractor delivering projects exclusively across East Anglia
no London work. Known for strong staff retention and a supportive culture, this business offers a stable, long-term career with a consistent pipeline of secured commercial projects.
With continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to strengthen their team. You ll be more than just a number here this is a company that genuinely values its people.
Your role will include: - Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered to programme
- Managing budgets, cost control, and project variations
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are met on site
- Attending site meetings and providing progress updates
- Managing procurement and materials where required
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector
- Strong background delivering commercial projects (offices, fit-out, education, healthcare etc.)
- Solid technical mechanical knowledge (HVAC, plant, pipework, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale schemes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC / HND / NVQ or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
