As a Mechanical Project Manager, you ll join a highly reputable and well-established M&E contractor delivering projects exclusively across East Anglia no London work. With continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to strengthen their team. You ll be more than just a number here this is a company that genuinely values its people.

Your role will include:
  • Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered to programme
  • Managing budgets, cost control, and project variations
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are met on site
  • Attending site meetings and providing progress updates
  • Managing procurement and materials where required
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector
  • Strong background delivering commercial projects (offices, fit-out, education, healthcare etc.)
  • Solid technical mechanical knowledge (HVAC, plant, pipework, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale schemes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC / HND / NVQ or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
