Responsibilities and duties of the Site Manager role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will:

• Support the daily running of the site.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Ensure the Health and Safety standards are being met.
• Report back progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Daily and weekly meetings.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Must have experience working on Solar and BESS projects.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager position.
• SMSTS.
• A strong understanding of the latest Health and Safety regulations and practises.

The Site Manager role would suit someone who is:

• Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Has strong IT skills.
• Able to work effectively on a busy site with strict deadlines.

• 5 days a week on site.
• Company Vehicle provided.
• Salary of 60,000.
