Job Title: Site Manager (Permanent)

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum + benefits

Working Pattern: Site-based, Monday to Friday

Project Values: Up to £10 million

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, delivering high-quality commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London.

The role will be fully site based, overseeing Cat A and Cat B refurbishment works including office floors, receptions, common areas and associated facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering office fit-out and refurbishment projects and managing site operations safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for site delivery on Cat A and Cat B refurbishment projects up to £10m
• Manage site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers on site
• Coordinate site logistics, sequencing and programme delivery
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, clients and design teams
• Monitor quality standards and manage snagging through to completion
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation
• Oversee handover processes and completion documentation

Essential Skills & Experience

• Essential: Proven experience delivering office fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Strong background in Cat A and Cat B commercial refurbishments
• Experience managing projects up to £10 million
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in live or occupied environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach to site management

Certifications (Essential)

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
