This established main contractor are now looking for a Site Manager with proven experience working on residential and commercial projects ranging from £5 million in value.

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Overseeing subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Maintaining health & safety and quality across site
• Reporting into senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Background in residential and/or commercial construction
• Experience delivering projects up to £5 million
• Strong career history showing consistency and high standards
• Must be genuinely serious about relocating
• Able to relocate by June
