Contracts Manager Location: West London / Home Counties

The Role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to completion
- Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality requirements
- Manage site teams including Site Managers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, performance, and risk
- Work with commercial team on budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Review valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Promote a strong safety culture across all sites
- Act as key client and consultant contact
- Maintain stakeholder relationships
- Lead project meetings and provide updates
- Oversee project programmes and milestone delivery
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery
- Lead, mentor, and support site teams
Requirements - Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in main contracting
- Experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction processes, contracts (e.g., JCT), and regulations
- Commercial awareness and financial management skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- SMSTS and CSCS (Black/Gold card preferred)
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
