£100,000 £125,000 + Full Package + Clear Route to Commercial Director + MEP Projects

This isn t just another management role, you ll be brought in as a key figure in the business, working closely with senior leadership to shape the commercial function, drive performance, and influence growth strategy.
With a secured pipeline of work and ambitious expansion plans, they need someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with the business.

The Role:
  • Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple projects and sectors
  • Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
  • Take full responsibility for cost control, profitability, and commercial performance
  • Manage contracts, risk, procurement, and client relationships
  • Work closely with directors to drive business growth and commercial strategy
  • Play a key role in developing and improving internal processes
Project Portfolio:
  • Projects ranging from £8M £25M
  • Sectors include residential, commercial fit-out, leisure, and mixed-use developments
  • Based across London and the M25
What You ll Need:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS ready to step up within M&E / Building Services
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
  • Track record of delivering projects commercially across multiple sectors
  • Excellent understanding of contracts, cost management, and risk
  • Ambition and drive to progress into a Commercial Director role
