Scaffolder Part 2

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part 2 Scaffolder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures on various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Pay From £24ph CIS

Start Date: Immediate 8am-4pm

Duration: 2-3 weeks

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications
• Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use and during operations
• Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters, roofers, or electricians to ensure seamless workflow
• Follow all health and safety regulations at all times during work activities
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with site preparation and clean-up post-completion of scaffolding tasks
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding layouts and modifications as required

Experience

• Proven experience in scaffolding (Part 2 qualification or equivalent) is essential
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools used in scaffolding assembly and disassembly
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics related to scaffolding layouts
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction sector
