I am looking for a Multi Trade based around Suffolk to work for a Housing Association on their day to day repairs team. This role is a permanent contract with a salary of 37,000 per annum including call-outs and comes with a company van and fuel card.

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
- Working in tenanted council properties across Suffolk
- 2nd fix maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering & tiling
- Working on the call-out rota 1 in 8 weeks
The right Multi Trade will need:
- Experience working in council properties previously
- Wide skill-set for multi trade work
- Clean and valid UK driving license
- Willing to have DBS Check
In return the Multi Trade will recieve:
- Total package of 37,000 including call-outs
- Company van and fuel card
- Permanent contract
- Holiday pay and sick pay
