As a Fire Engineer , you'll play a key role in producing fire strategies, technical reports and engineering assessments while working alongside experienced specialists on complex and rewarding schemes. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to design reviews and expand your technical expertise across a diverse project portfolio. What You'll Be Doing: Produce fire strategy reports, technical notes and engineering documentation. Develop practical, compliant solutions for both new-build and existing developments. Carry out risk assessments, means of escape calculations, smoke modelling and performance-based analysis. Attend design team meetings, offering technical guidance and innovative ideas. Support project delivery from concept through to construction and occupation. Assist with project coordination, planning and client communication. Visit sites to review implementation and gain practical experience. About You: To be successful in this Fire Engineer position, you'll have: A BSc, BEng, MSc, MEng or equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years' experience within a fire engineering consultancy. Experience delivering fire engineering solutions on UK-based developments. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant design guidance. Membership of a recognised professional institution, such as the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), with progression towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status. What's on Offer?
