We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide additional support on a Retrofit and Capital Works Social Housing refurbishment contract across the Grimsby area. This is a temporary opportunity, offering mileage paid and temporary employee benefits. You will join an established property services team delivering retrofit and capital works projects within social housing. The role involves operational site management across a range of retrofit and refurbishment projects, leading directly employed and subcontracted construction and trade teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. Experience with air source heat pumps, solar PV and ventilation systems will be particularly relevant to this position.
