Job Description

Project Manager - Civils / Structural / Fit-Out (CAT A & CAT B)
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (site-based)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-phased development in Central London. This is a high-profile opportunity suited to a driven and hands-on professional with a strong background across civils, structural works, and cut & carve projects, alongside CAT A and CAT B fit-out experience.
Working for a leading main contractor (Tier 1 background preferred), you will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring programme, quality, and client expectations are met throughout all phases.

Project Scope
  • Construction of a reinforced concrete car park
  • Recladding and structural alterations (cut & carve)
  • CAT A & CAT B fit-out (completion targeted for July 2027)
Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
  • Manage programme, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
  • Maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and providing clear project updates
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive performance and delivery
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment (Tier 1 preferred)
  • Strong background in civils, structural, and cut & carve projects
  • Demonstrable experience delivering CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
  • Excellent programme and commercial awareness
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly IT-literate, with experience using project management and reporting tools
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing complex, fast-paced projects
