Salary: 30,000 - 32,500 per annum

Are you a proactive and personable individual with a knack for facilities management? Our client is searching for an enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team at a prestigious residential development Birmingham!
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible shifts (e.g., 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm)
- Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the friendly liaison between our organisational and residents
- Conduct routine checks on Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, and Health & Safety
- Service and maintain essential equipment
- Ensure communal areas are spotless and welcoming
- Proactively manage the upkeep of beautiful grounds and shared spaces
Experience:
While previous experience is not essential, we are looking for someone who:
- Exudes professionalism and warmth
- Demonstrates strong common sense
- Possesses a proactive, can-do attitude
