Site Manager

.We are looking for a Site Manager at Hitachi Energy, Grid Integration business (PGGI). The sites you will manage can be anywhere in United Kingdom. In this position, you will lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning and maintenance phases. Planning project on-site activities together with the Project Manager, including necessary resources, equipment and milestones. Coordinating agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization and policy.Responsible for the site, from receiving the assigned site area from the customer until handing over it back to the customer on completion day. This responsibility includes coordination of all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent skills5+ years' experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and good communication skills in English.Our people love technology - and they love making a difference.
